Studor13 is one of those accommodations that was made and run with love. The Australian-Slovenian couple, Andy and Tina, have created a charming modern home and a pleasant refuge for travelers from an old house.
The house is environmentally friendly with solar panels, carbon heating with natural wood and local wood where possible. There are only two large apartments in the house, so you will have plenty of room to move around during the day and complete peace at night. Enjoy the views of the Julian Alps from the balcony or just observe the slow pace of village life. Watch the cows come home in the summer or ski right from the front door in the winter.
The location of the house is first-class: a pleasant 20-minute walk to Lake Bohinj, plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking trips, the hostel's first neighbor is the riding ranch Mrcina, in winter you can put on cross-country skis right in front of the house, and the local Senožeta ski resort is just a stone's throw away.
If you're a photographer, then you're in luck. There are excellent shots in all directions, and you can even join a photo tour with the TLiB (Light in Bohinj) team.
They also offer a 3-day yoga class with the owner, Andy.
We warmly invite you to come and experience the old Slovenian way of life, mixed with some modern and international tastes.
Attention: in June, July and August the minimum stay is 3 nights, otherwise 2 nights.
