Single trail park Jamnica

Jamnica is something really remarkable. Slovenian mountain-bike lovers Dixi and his son Anej have created a private single-trail park near their Eco farm in northern Slovenia. Trails of various difficulties wind up among meadows and forests near the farm and provide great fun to a wide range of mountain bikers. Of course Jamnica is just a small part of what northern Slovenia has to offer to mountain bikers. Hire a guide and feel the excitement of discovering stunning secret paths in the near and far surroundings of the farm.

Currently, the single-trail park Jamnica consists of 12 km of trails of various difficulties, but the park is constantly expanding and improving. There are some steep enduro trails that can be done only by more experienced bikers, but most of the trails are really enjoyable. They wind along the blueberry bushes, vast meadows, forest paths, ridges, and bridges.

There is 400m of elevation span between the highest and the lowest point of the single-trail park. In one day you will perform different descents, but don't count on a cableway for returning on the hill. You will have to sweat a bit and return back along the panoramic dirt road or the beautifully laid and flatter single trail.

The heart of the park is the Eco farm or bike hotel Koroš, which is situated on a panoramic hill near the Austrian border and approx. 20 minutes away from the nearest town called Prevalje. The owners, the štrucl family, will make sure that all your bike wishes will come true. Besides comfortable rooms and delicious homemade food they offer everything a biker needs: tools, bike storage, a place for washing and cleaning your bike, a small bike shop (in case you forgot something), and lots of information and useful advice.
